Fees and Funding

Choosing a care home is a big decision, and we want families to feel fully
informed and supported from the very beginning. At The Lawns, we provide both
permanent and respite care, and our weekly fees are personalised because
every client’s needs, preferences and living arrangements are unique.

How our fees are calculated

Our fees take into account three main factors:

Individual care needs

including day-to-day support, nursing input and any specialist requirements or complex care.

Room choice

as rooms vary in size, outlook and features.

Additional support or services

such as enhanced one-to-one time or
specific equipment needs.

Continuing Healthcare (CHC)

We are also able to support some Clients who receive NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding. If you or your relative has been assessed for CHC, we can discuss how this may work alongside our services and availability.
